12/03/2024: The oldest hotel in France!! Very nice place, warm and friendly reception staff. Pleasant environment. Downtown. 👍 Don't hesitate if you are in the area.

05/03/2024: Beautiful large rooms with excellent beds in the historic center of Langres. We come back.

22/02/2024: Delicious lunch (including Jambon Braisé), two of us don't speak French but that was no problem. The service was super friendly, with a smile. Good wine. If I'm in the area again I will definitely come back.

21/09/2023: Of all the pizzerias I've been to in my life, this was by far the worst. We received the wrong bottle, it was shown. But because I didn't have my reading glasses on, I relied on the staff (don't make that mistake again!). The waitress didn't remember which wine I had ordered, as it turned out. My wife's vegetarian lasagna was cooked to snot and tasted spoiled. (I tasted it myself too 🤮) The salad was dripping with vinegar. My pasta Carbonara was nothing to write home about either. The pasta was al dente, but the ham tasted stale. In short, I no longer dared to order the dessert I had been looking forward to. We certainly do NOT recommend this restaurant. Quality, friendliness and service were hard to find.

30/03/2024: Very expensive dishes for what little there is on the plate. Big disappointment from starter to dessert. Price of a starred restaurant even though they are far from it. The 2 stars are just for the decor and the waitress.

08/05/2024: certains commentaires ne donnent pas envie de passer dans cet établissement et pourtant ….. y avons passé une nuit mon épouse et moi dans ce charmant établissement et y avons dîner. Accueil sympa , efficace et professionnel tant au niveau de l’hôtel que du restaurant ( dîner et PDJ). Le dîner était super . Des plats avec une certaine originalité , créativité et des cuissons respectées ….. carte des vins corrects à des prix sympa. PDJ superbe. Le prix pour l’ensemble ( hôtel, dîner , PDJ) très correct.

28/04/2024: Accueil agréable et décor soigné. Le service de table,aimable,mériterait de revoir les fondamentaux. Les plats sont très bien mis en scène…mais ma note se justifie essentiellement ici par des ris de veau mal préparés et indignes de ce genre de restaurant. Les ris n’avaient pas été nettoyés convenablement et regorgeaient de morceau de graisse sous une sauce tout à fait ordinaire…dommage,très dommage quand on aime les Ris de veau… Le saumon fumé maison est à conseiller Le vin au verre est de qualité et généreusement servi… Le,rapport qualité-prix tire quand même vers le haut…146 euros pour deux saumon fumé et deux ris et deux verres de vin.(il faut retirer 17 euros pour les deux coupes de Champagne) Le potentiel est là…mais il ne faudrait pas répéter trop souvent les erreurs.
