Lovely management, enjoyed a fantastic breakfast - unfortunately you have to make a reservation early for the evening :-).
11/05/2024: A warm welcome, a divine meal! Everything was excellent! A treat, a glass for the welcome, the presentation of the dishes very original especially the crispy sauerkraut 🥰😍. Pinot gris is also excellent. We recommend it and we will definitely come back. 😍🥰 We didn't have a reservation and we were lucky to get the last table. So reserved advice! 😀

29/03/2024: A place that lives up to its name. It is a welcoming and warm place in the cellar spirit. The room staff is smiling and attentive. The dishes offered both on the menu and on the menu are tastefully prepared and presented.
In short, first class quality-price-service-atmosphere value.

27/05/2024: Wide choice and everything is very good.
I had the Obschel burger, really killer.
The only problem (but it's the same everywhere) is the service. We take young people to help out who are kind and cute and who do their best but it doesn't work out, it nevertheless remains a great experience each time.
Don't stop there.
26/05/2024: A very nice address, generous and tasty dishes, everything is homemade with seasonal products, service full of good humor, we will come back with great pleasure.

The kitchen is great. I had a Munster tarte flambée as well as a piece of apple crumble tart. The portions are very large, and the quality is superb!
The place is very beautiful.
Don't hesitate to try :)
22/05/2024: Very good Alsatian restaurant. The gratins are delicious and everything is homemade. Very good atmosphere. The service is particularly friendly. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this address

10/05/2024: Our first evening in Turchkeim we chose this restaurant a bit at random. A pleasant surprise both on the plate and in the room. We ate a delicious sauerkraut before going to listen to the night watchman. A great evening!

03/05/2024: Two incredible evenings in this little gem of a restaurant! 🌟 The menu, although small, is full of exquisite dishes that delight the taste buds. A big congratulations to chef Fabrice for his mastery of fresh produce. If your path leads you to the 3 ears, treat yourself to this culinary pleasure. You don't come across such dedication to quality cuisine every day.
Regarding the rooms, we did not stay in this hotel.
