01/04/2024: Superb discovery during a visit to Sommières, the menu offered was delicious with hot plates! Just the way I like it. The meat was served with its mash and its vegetables delighted our taste buds. A big positive point for the welcome and the service. I highly recommend, don't hesitate to enter with your eyes closed!

Travel to Mauritius, with several very tasty specialties.
The chef spent a long time with us where we learned that all the products served are fresh either local from their own garden, or by a super fast channel for the fish that comes from there.
The service is efficient and friendly
And we enjoyed ourselves throughout the meal.

24/03/2024: Dinner with friends with children, 8 at the table, we were very well received, the children's menus are fresh products and decorated like the dishes for adults. To wait while the children ate, we tasted the excellent mimosa eggs with truffle oil, we tasted the cod, the andouillette, the sweetbreads and the burgers, everything is mastered, the toppings are seasonal ( end of winter vegetables as well as beginning of green asparagus). Don’t skip desserts, you’ll regret it! Start of strawberry season, the strawberry tart is exquisite. In short, we will return without hesitation.

Tamara and Bruno gave us a warm and friendly welcome - we immediately felt at home
We were in the Saint LOUIS suite, beautifully decorated - very comfortable beds - spacious bathroom with a hammam!
The breakfast is excellent - I recommend the delicious eggs served in a delicate service
Magnificent garden with swimming pool
Excellent place to visit the region - we can't wait to return

05/04/2024: I recommend this establishment for its location in the heart of the historic city. We were able to enjoy the charms of the city center during the quietest hours, before the arrival of the tourist buses. For the rest, everything is said in the other comments. Very pleasant indoor swimming pool in April. The swimming pool area is well maintained. See you soon for a new getaway in the Camargue.
27/03/2024: Very nice hotel, very well located in a house steeped in history. The staff is very pleasant and available and the rooms are very good. Large, spacious and quiet, very well renovated and at the same time with the charm of the old. The breakfast was well proportioned and very good. Little extra but not least for the village of Aigues-Mortes: car parking. I recommend if you are passing through
