31/03/2024: This is a fabulous restaurant, a real gem in the beautiful Corsican countryside. Monique the hostess and owner of the restaurant is so charming and welcoming! This restaurant is very elegant with the charm of the French countryside. Beautiful tablecloths and parasols with toile of Jouy, beautiful plates all different and unique plus bouquets of fresh flowers at every table. Before making a reservation at this restaurant which is a must, skip the previous meal as you will be served refined cuisine and plenty of it! Everything served is organically grown, very fresh and the lamb served is from the best animals raised in the local area. A set menu with quite a few options, acacia or courgette flower very light donuts melting in your mouth, then stuffed cannelloni or stuffed vegetables from the garden ( with bruchio cheese or delicious meat) followed by a leg of lamb slowly grilled on an open fire and served with beautifully roasted organic potatoes! Wine and beautiful Corsican cheeses and desserts are included ! The cheese platter is generous with a selection of 3 or 4 different fine Corsican artisanal cheeses.
