14/05/2024: We came without an appointment, the restaurant was full but the owner did not want us to leave without eating. So, she cooked us a meal (charcuterie, salad, cheese and dessert) needless to say, we left full. We will come back

The touch of plants and flora of Aubrac in Chef Bras's cuisine is very present and skillfully measured.

09/05/2024: Pay attention to the comment from Rj radios which says a little further down "no large pieces of meat" and yet if at the bottom of the menu it was stipulated even the waiter came to my side with a piece of beef which took up all the plate.
Let's move on from this topic. We feasted. The dishes were good, sophisticated and the service pleasant. I would even say one of the best restaurants to discover Aveyron gastronomy.

Hearty dessert, delicious and very reasonable in price, the same for the dishes.
Really a restaurant with very friendly staff. I recommend 100%.

Les chambres d’hôtes sont très belles, la literie parfaite (on était en 1/2 pension). Petit dej dans une salle du XIIe siècle.
On a tres bien dîné (très bon, beau et fin) et c’était très agréable en terrasse le soir. Serveur au top, efficace, charmant, avec beaucoup d’humour
