21/05/2024: I chose a tartare where it said on the menu that the meat was “cut with a knife”. Result: I had a real porridge with a very mixed texture, a pasty porridge. The waiter/owner told me that the meat was cut with a knife. He was Categorical!!! The tartare mixture was oily, light pink, not really red. When leaving, when paying the bill, the boss produced a label from his supplier with the words “cut with a knife”. We expect this to be freshly made, not from the manufacturer and by its supplier. This boss several times invoked his wife who is in the kitchen, suggesting in our discussions during the meal that she did everything. The tartare was served with ingredients that were already mixed. What a desappointment ! Pasty, too fatty, too mixed... No pleasure with this dish.

21/03/2024: Very good establishment, generous cuisine and the owner's house, impeccable service from the owner, warm atmosphere in short, don't hesitate to climb the few steps that lead to this good address with a very affordable menu.

05/04/2024: Clean and well-maintained room. The breakfast is copious and the evening meal worthy of a 5 star (well done to the cook). The hotel staff is super friendly and attentive. Very good experience.

05/04/2024: Very good time, the cuisine is fine, crafted with multiple flavors and textures. 100% homemade, local, artisanal and/or organic ingredients. Very friendly team. A place with a certain charm and a very beautiful view from the terrace. Tasty vegetarian options. Thank you so much.

01/04/2024: This is the 3rd time I had lunch at the Auberge de Boffres, this time with family, and for the 3rd time it was incredible! Delicious, harmonious flavors and unusual combinations, all perfectly measured. I can only recommend stopping there. The hour drive to get there was completely worth it!

25/05/2024: Visited for evening dinner last week when passing through on a Peak Tours cycling trip. Sat outside as inside too full. Party of 9 looked after well and food was first class, good value too.

24/05/2024: Top lunch service. The gratins are excellent. So we came back in the evening. Cuisine with fresh, local, quality products, a treat. The welcome is friendly and professional, exchanges, advice and a smile. I highly recommend.

We enjoyed ourselves from starter to dessert. The service is impeccable, very little waiting. Remember to book!

18/05/2024: Quiet and pleasant restaurant. Excellent flavors, right from the start. This is my second visit to this restaurant and I enjoyed it once again. Special mention to the cooking of the vegetables which was perfect.

We will come back and be able to be "prescribers" around us for a table which has also been recommended to us...

12/05/2024: We stopped around 1:30 p.m. without really knowing if we were going to have a snack or just drink a coffee. We were warmly welcomed and seated with a menu, letting us make our choice. We finally had a porcini omelette and what a surprise! Huge, excellent, and with homemade fried potatoes that reminded me of my grandmother's! Above all, don't hesitate, stop there! A treat guaranteed! And lovely staff!

Technically it is perfectly done, and the cuisine is inventive without being "fussy"... we are almost on 1* on the plate but without the somewhat stuffy side of a starred restaurant. The sommelier is friendly and the young waitress is adorable and attentive. A sure value!

19/05/2024: Extraordinary restaurant, The cuisine is tasty from the starter to the dessert including the bread, the service is attentive and the wine list is extensive. We will come back without hesitation.
