03/05/2024: Notre dîner au Charlie FOLIE'S s'est très bien passé. Accueil très cordial. Service très sympathique et professionnel. En entrée, l'œuf d'oie sur son lit de salade était une belle découverte. L'onglet Angus était cuit comme souhaité et excellent. Les rognons de veau étaient très bons également. Le cadre est très original et on s'y sent bien. Nous recommandons.
03/05/2024: Our dinner at Charlie FOLIE'S went very well. Very cordial welcome. Very friendly and professional service. As a starter, the goose egg on a bed of salad was a great discovery. The Angus tab was cooked as desired and excellent. The veal kidneys were also very good. The setting is very original and you feel good there. We recommend.

The scallops and foie gras as starters were really excellent, a presentation nothing to envy of the great known restaurants.
I really loved this soft foie gras with red wine which is a change, I will really remember it
The dishes are perfectly mastered as well as the cooking Bravo to the chef we will come back as soon as we are passing through. At mills. Very good poultry juice with honey
a very nice wine list.
The desserts are good, the pavlova is a treat. the Mont Blanc, a shame that fell on the plate.
A waitress who is a bit stressful can be a shame
But smiling.

We went there for dinner because it was one of the few restaurants open in the center of Moulins. We ate, and we ate well. But the best thing about this place is the climate and atmosphere that its owner is able to generate.
A girl was celebrating her 20th birthday with her parents, and a small group of friends. A true family party in which the owner of the restaurant joined by playing music and singing, and in which he lovingly made us participate. Edith Piaf, Jeannete, and even the wonderful and epic anthem of the Aviron Bayonnais.
Wine, music and brotherly love between people have their small and humble cathedral in this friendly restaurant in Moulins.

30/03/2024: Change of manager and policy of the establishment: we stayed 2 days and our room was not cleaned even though we left from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It’s a real shame because we are loyal to this establishment.
Fortunately the rest of the team is there and attentive.
21/03/2024: We had booked a suite via a site with an offer including drinks, spa etc.
First night:
We discover bedbugs!
We ask for a solution and finally we are put in a very small room in another building, almost unsanitary.
I complain that on the one hand we suffer from bedbugs and on top of that we are underclassified!
We were put in another room which was better, I asked for our drinks because the drinks from the mini bar were included (it was actually written) I never got them back!
I had to fight to obtain a commercial gesture! It shouldn't even have been discussed

Magnificent costume displayed and quite well explained. It’s a shame that you have to wear headphones in each room to listen to the reports.
02/04/2024: sad museum, without music for exhibitions on ballets and cabarets, it's very disappointing.
This museum lacks cheerfulness and lightness. Lots of corridors but not the 4000 costumes announced. Besides, in the museum the visitors do not smile. Sincerely.
