The service is very fast, competent and always with a real smile. A big congratulations to the whole team. This restaurant is highly recommended, you will enjoy it.

03/04/2024: A very unpleasant experience, a terminal, 24 hours a day that only works when it wants, leaving people waiting outside, in the cold, the assistance button does not work either, and runs in a loop until we are become crazy. No one at night reception, supposedly because the terminal will do the job... That's not the case so it's really not great. Excessive price for the service. But otherwise impeccable work from the cleaning staff, well done to you and a decent room with a beautiful view.

24/03/2024: Note: this review concerns the Ibis hotel, and dates from 2022. Since then the hotel seems to have changed its name. The hotel does not offer the services expected for a 3*. The carpet in the corridors is old, in the room the paintwork on the doors is damaged by knocks from suitcases or other things (the rooms are small), not to mention the stained carpet floor. The door knobs are unscrewed, the bathroom towel hooks hang from the wall. The wall paintings offer orange tones worthy of the 70s. You can also hear the noise of the traffic. In short, there is better.

09/05/2024: Ein krönender Abschluss unserer kulinarischen Rundreise durch Spanien und Frankreich. Vom Service über die Atmosphäre in der einzigartigen Innenarchitektur einer ehemaligen Kapelle hat alles perfekt gepasst. Die Menüs waren perfekt in allen Kompositionen aufeinander abgestimmt. Dazu eine Weinkarte die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Ein echtes Highlight französischer Küche!

29/04/2024: Le cadre est magnifique relooké par rapport à l'ancienne chapelle de l'ancien château. Toutefois je trouve que le rapport menu/prix est surfait. De plus manque de synchronisation notamment apéritifs servis et attente pour avoir les amuse-bouche. En effet le prix a été augmenté de près de 40% par rapport à 2023 pour un menu similaire.

03/05/2024: This restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. After waiting interminably for an hour and a half for our dishes, we were received in a deplorable manner. Excessive waiting and lack of attention from staff significantly detracted from our dining experience. I would definitely not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for efficient service and warm hospitality.

22/02/2024: So to begin with I don’t understand why the establishment closes at 2:30 p.m. Flunch has always been open for 4 a.m. which allows you to sit down with a friend to chat, but now it's no longer possible, knowing that there's only that in Montluçon. Great Big shortfall And we don't talk about the price of the products

22/02/2024: It bothers me to put 1 star, if I could have not put one it would have been better. I'm not the type to complain, but when I see this cafeteria it's enough to pull my hair out, in the 2000s when I came flunch to be attracted by these choices, 20 years later when I see the choices on the menu and that nothing has changed, I find it sad that in 20 years nothing has changed but for now. Today we eat cardboard, last time I ordered a steak unfortunately it was as hard as the table, I will send my dentist bill to flunch, the only positive point was the pancakes which were well stocked, it brought people to four o'clock, but today it is closed at 4 o'clock, in the evening, not many people, but I can understand given the welcome there is and what we are served. Flunch Montluçon is going straight into the wall and it won't get better by closing the four hours. Run away!!!
