01/05/2024: Terrible waitress, she made a mistake in our request, instead of apologizing after politely pointing it out, she threw the wrap away in the back kitchen in annoyance and the pen in front of the counter.
This is unacceptable, regardless of the context.
Too bad the food is good.
16/03/2024: The “typical” saleswoman is hateful, and the service is pitiful.
No respect for the customer, no hello, no friendliness, aggressive tone.
We have the impression of being a nuisance when there are no customers! (3:30 p.m.)
It is better that she changes jobs! Scares customers away.
