The smoke from the kitchen invades the room, our eyes sting.
The service is so long and messy that you fall asleep (more than 20 minutes of waiting), but the waitress is friendly.
The dishes are correct, too bad for the entrecôte stuffed with fat (half the weight in fat). Completely off-piste.

02/04/2024: What can I say, exceptional setting, top cuisine with top products. Exceptional moment, I went there in winter on skis, the only way to get there. Or on snowshoes. In summer 5 minutes walk from the Col du Tourmalet. Free parking in summer.
31/03/2024: We came this morning around 10:30 a.m. asking for 3 coffees, a chocolate, a chocolatine and a croissant. We were told that "there were no chocolatines or croissants here because people are there to ski and not have breakfast." So we ordered a blueberry pie which was excellent.
We think the response is absolutely inappropriate, it's really sad to have such good food and such pitiful service.

03/04/2024: Delicious homemade crepes, charming place, very mountain-like, with a very attentive lady who attended to us. I went two days in a row because I liked it so much. Both the crepes and the menu of the day, everything was very delicious and with good portions.
26/03/2024: The crepes, both sweet and savory, are very tasty... and the DIABOLO drinks are a must try :)

11/05/2024: Very warm welcome from the manager. We feel a hesitation in the very young team who have not yet learned the profession but who give their all to the well-being of the customer. A 3 cheese fondue and a charcuterie that I describe as average; Fondue a little (too) salty for my taste and cold meats that lacked flavor served before the fondue which meant that the sautéed apples were just lukewarm. The ice cream for dessert was good but a straw in the columnar cup would be nice. A commercial gesture from the owner was welcome given the hassle of getting the stove to work and keeping the cheese at temperature as best she could.
The price is the lowest found in the sector.
Deserves encouragement despite still having room for improvement.

13/05/2024: Total disorganization, without the restaurant being full. We ordered vegetarian tapas from the menu and when they arrived on the table, after a long wait, what was presented to us had nothing to do with the description. Nothing was explained to us or offered as an alternative. The quality was terrible for the 40 euros we paid for 2 people...
It was the first time I saw fried sweet potatoes with soy sauce...
Not to be repeated.

27/03/2024: We were very well received for lunch, unfortunately with a child in a wheelchair we could not have access to the restaurant, the owner kindly offered us to sit in the pizzeria next door, giving us the choice of the two menus from the two brands 😂 not easy for the waiters but we appreciated it!!! We also had lunch at the desman café where we were very well received! Thank you 👍
