04/04/2024: Visited Sole Vino last night for dinner, we hadn’t reserved but were given a table as it wasn’t busy.
Waited 15 minutes to be given a menu but they never took a drinks order.
We waited another 20 minutes before deciding to leave as nobody came to take an order from us.
Very disappointing service.
We walked a short distance along the road to Chez Tony another Italian restaurant and it was an excellent friendly service.
Sole Vino could learn a lot from Chez Tony!
We will never return to Sole Vino.
28/03/2024: Honestly very disappointed. We anticipated the orders because we had a deadline but it was not respected. The waitress blows and throws the items on the table (sauce, cutlery, etc.) moans.. we understood that it irritated her to serve us.. well, she won't see us again

17/05/2024: Our reservation had not been taken into account... Panic attack but a solution was found. However, the room had 3 small beds so it was not comfortable. Everything was damp and regarding the breakfast served at the table, no possibility if you are prone to allergies
22/04/2024: The welcome is really friendly, the owner is very nice. The bed is very comfortable and the room very clean but the hotel needs updating.

05/04/2024: Good for one night, wake up 7:30 a.m. because on the national side, cleanliness ok, service good. A little expensive for a motel (65th) and dog supplement 10th abused because I doubt that the cleaning will spend more time than with a filthy standard.

It has become my favorite place to buy my coffee and tea, as well as to sit in the store on a comfortable armchair and taste the best sellers and new releases. Friendly and professional staff. I recommend
31/03/2024: We were delighted customers of this shop but on March 23, we returned with my son and his partner to buy tea, and misfortune!!! I only took 50g of 2 teas, the person who served us was very unpleasant. My son wanted the same coffee.
My daughter-in-law was lucky, she was served by the person who usually serves us and who had a smile.
I was disappointed and unfortunately will not come back, for fear of being disappointed by this person again, despite the loyalty card!!!

And in the evening the bread can be 50% off at 7 p.m. because at 6:30 p.m. there is already no more and it is very often almost every day people who leave work find themselves without bread as closed at 6 p.m. at 7:30 p.m.
24/02/2024: Arrogant and rude service of an unprecedented level. The sellers do not take customers in the order in which they are waiting, on 24.02, even though I stood in line waiting to be served like everyone else, I was simply not taken into account and two people who were behind me were served. When I pointed out to him that what was happening was not good, the saleswoman Mélodie, the rudest of all, instead of apologizing, simply scolded me and told me that I should have waited in line. like everyone else, so as not to make any observations to them. Since there is fierce competition among bakeries in the area, well, this is a sure way to lose your customers. Total lack of professionalism and good manners.
