29/03/2024: For my birthday, we decided with a friend to innovate a new Chinese restaurant in Beziers, our choice fell on Le Canada Laqué because it was well rated by Internet users. Thomas, the owner of the place for 10 years, a dynamic young man welcomes us all the more warmly as we tell him that it is my birthday, he offers us a very tasty, slightly alcoholic aperitif. The spring rolls and chef's assortment are fresh and homemade, as for the duck it is delicious, tender, soft as can be, lined with a thin layer of fat to ensure flexibility, accompanied by a sauce, a real treat. This small restaurant with around twenty seats is well decorated, very clean and the tables are well spaced for the well-being of customers. I recommend this restaurant which lives up to its name for its delicate dishes and especially its roast duck which is tasty

02/05/2024: Do not take takeaway from this restaurant, they are not equipped for that and the food is really average! I had two dishes with sauce to take away. As soon as I got in the car, there was sauce at the bottom of the bag. I thought it was due to the packaging (the trays are not sealed but it is just aluminum foil placed on top). Arriving home, just trying to transfer the dishes, the trays cracked under the weight of the food, they are like paper!!! I have never seen that ! A dish ended up in the sink! I managed to save the other one but we ate pieces of plastic in the middle! Food wise, it’s ok but really nothing more. The spring rolls tasted good, well seasoned, but so greasy (it was bathed in oil) that it was sickening. The ginger shrimps are very strong in ginger, it's mouth-watering. The staff is friendly but you pay a lot for all that! I will not go back and I do not recommend.
