24/05/2024: I advise against privatizing the SPA, reservations made for a grand ritual cinq mondes duo treatment, a 90-minute session with two moments of 25-minute massages for 190 euros;
Friendly welcome by the person who takes care of the massages, relaxing treatment and carried out accurately.
The pool is very chlorinated and without any privacy, the sauna even less so since you will have to cross a glass roof along the entrance to one of the buildings... A duo treatment where you will be alone for 50 minutes since the massage is carried out in a small adjoining room.
At the end of the 90 minutes of treatment you are thrown out, a shower for two without soap, no cabin and profitability requires the following customers to be in front of the shower door with the attendant passing the mop between your feet...
Thank you again for your lack of politeness and for your “shush” when we express our dissatisfaction, the 4 stars of your establishment certainly correspond to your hotel services and your geographical location, our experience in no way reflects the expected standard.

Where are these rules displayed in the establishment and at the time of telephone reservation?
We don't need to be reminded of the rules of decency, even less by rude "shhh", this is even more indelicate to remind you of your response and shows your slander.
The presence of a client in the massage room when the place is privatized is also questionable during this famous quarter of an hour.
But we have wasted enough time, we advise against your privatization of the spa and are outraged at your manners, you are dishonoring the charms of the island.

22/05/2024: We came for the SPA, a superb place as well as adorable staff deserving 5 stars. However, we were caught by the owner of the place at the exit of the SPA who allowed himself to make grossophobic remarks towards me, this type of behavior is absolutely shameful towards his customers. We reported it to the staff who were just as shocked and scandalous.

05/03/2024: Very good address, we stopped by chance with my wife, great welcome despite the hour, generous IBERICO plate I recommend, the home fries are killer. Kindness of the waitress (sorry I don't have the first name), great for having an aperitif dinner with friends.

11/05/2024: Unfriendly waiter who refuses to seat us for a coffee even though many tables are available: “it’s not time” reason.
For a PMU café… this is unacceptable
11/05/2024: Reservation for 2 nights, I shortened the stay (1 night is already too much). A surreal welcome by the "owner" who lost the keys in the chaos of her filthy bar. The staff is like the establishment, incompetent, dirty and unwelcoming. The common areas are dilapidated and dirty. Low light has the advantage of reducing stains that have been present for many years.
Room no. 3 is repulsive because of the smell of cold tobacco, a filthy carpet, old and dirty furniture. The “bright” spots (burnt lamp) provide unpleasant lighting except for flies (presence of fly droppings). The last work on the bathroom must date from the 80s or 90s. The roller shutter box is missing, the electrical installation accessible. I wonder about the passage and the conclusions of the safety commission.
The extended view of the restaurant's back kitchen does not make you want to discover the cook's specialties. As the soundproofing is lacking, I recommend earplugs.
If the tourist office gives you this address, I recommend that you stop by to express your dissatisfaction.
