05/04/2024: Hello everyone, service and cuisine in Buffalo standards. I like this brand for a quick, quiet meal at lunchtime with easy access to a small computer. They changed their salad which has fewer sides than before and that satisfies me.

14/03/2024: I recommend, simple and good food, welcoming staff, especially on sunny days a nice terrace although a little noisy due to the proximity of the road. If you are passing through Baumes les Dames you can go there with your eyes closed. Congratulations to the entire Bambi team.

Serious and pleasant welcome.
An ultra available, responsive, pleasant, friendly server, in short, top of the top. We had the Bacon Burger and the Bison Steak and we had a blast🤤😝. We had time to enjoy our aperitifs before having our dishes and in my eyes, this is excellent because in many other restaurants, the aperitif arrives with the dishes and that has the gift of filling me up.

30/03/2024: On paper, this restaurant seemed promising with regional products.
We wanted to drink pressed juices, no luck for us, the machine is broken…
For the dishes it was disappointing.
The burger bun, dry.
The gnocchi dipping in a flavorless sauce. And what a shame to have a neglected side dish (that represents half the plate). Cut salad, with a cut tomato, drizzled with a white sauce that doesn't seem homemade.
The prices were also surprising for the quality of the dishes that arrived. We did not try the desserts.
28/03/2024: I walked past it many times and finally stopped. Very good atmosphere, very tempting menu, but as I wasn't very hungry, I had a tarte flambée and then a gourmet tea. Both were very good. Easy access with plenty of parking space. I'll be back...

06/04/2024: I ate there on Friday lunchtime and I was not disappointed, I was quickly served and had no wait and was served by a very nice waiter who knows how to do his job.
16/03/2024: I'm not giving 5 stars because I found the presentation of the dishes very sad, not even a small leaf of salad.
It’s just a plate with the meat on it and the fries on the side…
For my part I had a steak tartare cut with a knife, it was just ground beef.
But to my great surprise, the tartare arrives already packaged chopped.
I'm still skeptical and I won't have this dish again.

11/05/2024: A great little restaurant in Malbuisson. A very good meal, the braserade a real delight, the perch fillets are excellent. The desserts are really delicious. We see that everything is homemade. I recommend without hesitation. The terrace is very pleasant, the owners are very nice and very welcoming. Looking forward to it.

16/10/2023: To be frank, we went there because the Buffalo was closed.... Slow service, minimalist presentation of dishes, high price for the service... 20 minutes to get our dessert and coffees... In short... To forget...
