12/02/2024: A little tight in a strong atmosphere, but the plates are excellent and plentiful, and the wines 🍷 are good.
The staff is welcoming and gives good advice. A good address for a good afterwork.

30/03/2024: It's not easy to find a (good) address like Le Rubis. However, Franck and his team managed to do better by changing everything and not much at the same time. Sourced products, often changing dishes to share, a faultless wine list, welcome and a smile, a rarity in the Montorgueil district.
19/03/2024: A new caring team! From the real cuisine, everything is delicious right down to the assisted choice of wines. A very good address in this area where the best rubs shoulders with the worst.

02/04/2024: We went to this place yesterday night & loved it ⭐️ They have some great beers, lip smacking food & good music served with smile n cheer 😍 Do try their ginger beer 🍺 🍺

05/04/2024: As usual, the truffle pasta is excellent. I hope they will remain on the new map. Tell the chef that his pasta is excellent. Very good restaurant. I highly recommend it to lovers of good cuisine.

21/05/2024: We stopped by here after Moulin Rouge. American Top 40 music was blasting. Upon walking in, I said aloud, “This isn’t James Hetfield!” The bartender promptly switched to Metallica’s cover of Queens “Stone Cold Crazy.” Hell yeah. Then a somewhat new Metallica song played afterwards...he abruptly switched it back to the non-metal, American Top 40 pop music. There are pictures of metal artists all around. A lady of the night (we thought), dancing right outside the window with her EarPods on, trying to find a new client, even denying some young dude, probably asking what her rate was. It was all quite hilarious, but I wish it was the “metal bar” many people have said it was. We hopped across the street to an “Irish Pub” that was more ”metal” than James Hetfeeld’s.
