26/05/2024: McDonald's 4 times out of 5 cold and the oil can change so results in fries in the trash!!! Used to going there quite often, I am thinking of heading towards the competitors.

27/05/2024: UNACCEPTABLE! What to start with ... -At first, a good third (if not more) of the burgers are systematically missing. -The new burgers are never available as are the gifts (socks etc...) - Systematically missing products in the drive-thru order if you're lucky it's only napkins or sauces otherwise it's definitely burgers or fries. In addition, the order is regularly cold - Endless wait at the drive-through while only 2 cars are engaged (more than 15 minutes) -Bank card payment terminal which did not work at the drive, we were then asked to go down and pay in the restaurant even though the aim of the drive is to not get out of your vehicle. -Dirty toilets and restaurant In short, burgers not available, cold, dirty restaurant and toilets, unacceptable management and so on.... Looking forward to a mystery shopper or health services arriving in this restaurant

06/04/2024: Very complicated drive-thru ordering. Children's menu with ridiculous ice cream, not even half the cone filled. Fried adult menu with little quantity.

03/04/2024: The problem of cleanliness of the main room remains. The cutlery remains piled up until the end of the lunchtime gunshot. Many orders are made via UberEats which often generates waiting times. Mac Donald's opens at 10 a.m. At 10:35 a.m., I still haven't been served. However, the fast food establishment is very uncrowded at this time. IT HAPPENS LIKE THIS AT MAC DONALD CHECY. Loiret. 1 04 2024 . Cleanliness is still not up to par. The children's menu is good. You can choose a book and learn after the meal.

19/05/2024: I had spiced nuggets, it's new. I hadn't paid attention. It's my fault. But the manager didn't want to exchange them for natural ones. I didn't think that McDonald's was close to 4 nuggets... it's a crisis even at McDonald's🙄

11/05/2024: But how long is it!!! No one in the restaurant and half an hour to be served!! Our sandwiches were waiting for more than 10 minutes and arrived cold! And then they tell us that we're going to do them again and we're off again for 15 minutes... it's limp!!! And not customer oriented, the minimum would have been to do something for the children and my wife who ate after everyone else… we were finished when they were served. We were in a hurry, we said a Mac will go quickly at 2:30 p.m. with very few customers in the restaurant it's a failure!!!

11/05/2024: Fewer fries, an empty wrap just 2 goat cheeses and a salad, happy meal hamburger full of ketchup sauce
