26/01/2024: WOW! What could be better than that? After being stuck in traffic for almost 3 hours we luckily came across a treat. Sober appearance, but was it worth it!
Very pleasant welcome, very helpful. A menu with choice and good choice. 5 different dishes ordered and no one disappointed. Even the opposite, an EXCELLENT meal that slaps the face of a large majority of restaurants. TOP management of the cooking of red meat, a salad provided and very good, quality products and extremely good homemade food.
If you pass by the area by chance or you live in the region GO FOR IT. This restaurant is truly perfect!
We will also note the great cleanliness of the place and the family atmosphere which is always so pleasant in this type of place!
Thank you for this meal, I highly recommend!

11/09/2023: Great time to chill on the banks of the Allier. We are there regularly in summer because the place is pleasant and shady. Close to the water, the equipped beach, the children's games and the tree-lined walk. Perfect for a moment of relaxation in the middle of summer.
06/09/2023: Shown as open on site, but closed at 7:30 p.m. on September 6.
Too bad with the superb weather...we would have liked to take advantage of it

11/05/2024: Very disapointed . My 17 year old son had my restaurant ticket card. The waitress tells him that the payment hasn't gone through even though I checked. And she paid him again in cash. Lamentable
I will never set foot again
19/04/2024: Like any pleasant personal bread pan on the other hand sanitary in a more than filthy condition dust on toilet paper very dirty floors spider web traces on the toilet brief cleaning which leaves more than desired too bad for a business which sells food if the toilets are in this state, we can imagine what it is like for preparations!

23/12/2023: Very disappointed we want to order bread it's impossible plus we don't hear the sound of the young lady's voice behind the counter she only gestures with her head. Last week it was impossible to have sliced bread because the machine was cleaned, we don't think about the other traders who work the same hours.

Maxi kebab served with a forgotten tomato from the salad at the bottom and the meat on the rest of the sandwich, it's clearly thrown into the bread... And all this for more than 13 euros
With 1st price frozen fries.
I do not recommend this address.

Small problem with the tiramisu, which was completely reduced with the first spoon. What did you put in it, mascarpone I doubt?

20/05/2024: Very very bad experience Mac Donald's to flee!!! Rude staff, pitiful service! 30 min wait for a small order, the employee spilled all the coke on us without even apologizing, very unpleasant. More than 10 minutes to come and clean, they were everywhere, dare to complain about cleaning, I'm not talking about his colleague who was very obnoxious!! As a result everything was cold we were full of coke so it was all sticky. Table and chair barely cleaned all without apology and very unpleasant!! So we asked for a refund, I wouldn't set foot there again. Already had a bad experience with forgetting a simple order.

What a very unpleasant surprise to rediscover places where the hotel's lack of hygiene or even the absence of a cook and dishes in jars served to guests for a hefty bill of €100 for 3 people
But the crowning glory of everything is the insulting and threatening attitude of the manager
This establishment must undergo an inspection by the health and fire standards authorities (alarm is triggered in the middle of the night)
In short, flee!!

26/05/2024: Working on Gannat, I come regularly to this McDonald's, exclusively via ClickandCollect. 90% of the time, we have time to see at least 5 or 6 cars pass through the Drive, order, pay and leave, without your ClickandCollect order for a single person being brought to you...
Last time, I waited 37 minutes (yes, yes, I'm not exaggerating, I timed it!)
I ended up entering the restaurant and explaining that I had been waiting all this time and asking if they had a problem: they looked at me with wide eyes, almost not understanding why I dared to come and complain! Their response: there are people, so waiting, eh! No thanks, no shit, no word of apology. I might as well tell you that with the travel time for my lunch break and my meal, I was able to put an end to it...
I also don't count the order errors, a missing fry, the lemon in the water, the deluxe sauce with the potatoes.
MacDo France, there are some straps to pull up with this franchisee!
FYI, competitor BK has opened on the motorway area not far away, and access is possible without going on the motorway! And it's perfect for them.
To the wise...

09/05/2024: Hello, it's a McDonald's like all the others. The staff is welcoming, but the food is as usual. Only do when there is nothing else on the itinerary.
08/05/2024: Restaurant in deplorable condition. 11:30 a.m., toilets, benches and floors in a pitiful state.
We can ask ourselves the question of what we would find in the kitchen 😱.
Poorly made sandwich (hard bread, little sauce), in short we wonder who manages this restaurant. One of the worst I've done.

16/09/2023: Nous aimons revenir dans ce lieu plein de charme. La cuisine est excellente et originale. Le propriétaire nous réserve une accueil chaleureux. Étant arrivés légèrement en retard, la personne chef du service nous a fait sentir un léger agacement, ce qu’on peut comprendre.Une soirée au total très agréable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
