20/04/2024: One star 🌟 is a bit much! We came with my friends So we start with the icy welcome reflecting the cold that reigns in the restaurant since we had to eat with our coats on our backs. We were treated to a service which is far from what is announced in the other posts. When on the menu Don't be allergic don't be a fan of vegetables Be a fan only of potatoes and potatoes Because in fact depending on the meat chosen you have nothing to offer apart from fries or potato gratin When we ask if there are vegetables they tell you yes, salad????? And when we ask the Manager why there are no vegetables? well he tells you that he can't please everyone!!!! BUT ABOVE ALL IF I WANT VEGETABLES I JUST HAVE TO BRING THEM FROM HOME AND THEM WILL BE COOKED FOR ME!!!!!!!!! THE RESTORATION classics ARE TO REVIEW, MANAGER! We won't come back... Be a potato fan! And above all not allergic!!! Very expensive for what it is - the quantity in the dishes is very limited - I definitely don't recommend.

How can I say between the very unpleasant welcome whether by telephone or on site. You say it's by reservation, you have to do it a week in advance, but you contradict yourself because you don't know what you're going to prepare...and for me, if I go to the restaurant it's to eat something that I like ! I who thought I would rediscover a taste for my origins and share good flavors with my little boy, I am disgusted by your inhospitality, I am not ready to come back to your place and I will share it with those I know!!

03/04/2024: I booked the hotel at a very reasonable price in summer 2023 for a stay in May 2024. Now, more than 6 months later, they canceled my guaranteed and prepaid booking on short notice. I would have had no problems with this if the hotel canceled the booking until let's say two or four weeks after booking. Half a year later is absolutely ridiculous. So please be aware that the hotel does not hesitate to cancel your booking when they are unhappy with the rate you paid.

The Welsh are plentiful but excellent and the andouillette exceptional (the andouillette from Troyes next door is a joke). I highly recommend this restaurant which is located opposite the main square (huge outdoor and indoor parking in the city center). The price defies the competition: aperitif, main course, dessert and coffee: €35 per person...

22/08/2023: I have been eating there regularly for over 5 years and in 5 years the quality and service are impeccable. The quantities are more than sufficient. The staff is welcoming, smiling and very friendly. I recommend this kebab whether you are alone or with friends
