11/05/2024: What a desappointment ! We enjoyed coming back each time under the old management, it's like night and day. Beyond a new menu there is only one dish which is based on local products and there is a speaker blaring on the terrace. We ate without napkins, without bread, without a carafe and without glasses (apart from those of the alcohol taken beforehand). The food is clearly of industrial quality for the burgers, a big impression that it was cooked to perfection even though we had to wait 20 minutes. The salad wasn't even in the burger. At Quick it's meh but cheaper and clearly better. The map is really not clear and in fact not even distributed on paper. It is true that it is difficult to compete with the old management as the bar was so high, but there we really had the impression of being in a tourist trap. There is a real organizational problem. I hope it will improve as the place is magnificent and the reputation of the old restaurant is exceptional. It's a shame, we left feeling disgusted.

29/04/2024: We came to this establishment about ten years ago. For two weeks a new manager has been in charge. Simple, hearty cuisine with products from local producers. The boss makes it a point of honor to work locally and he talks about it with passion. We enjoyed ourselves. All my best wishes to this new team.
