Top notch service! The waiter, Jordan, was a real bomb of kindness. Too bad we couldn't take it back to the hotel or bring the cook home because the dishes were plentiful and good. Thanks Bufallo Grill!

05/04/2024: The cleanliness of this McDonald's is pitiful, with a lost and incompetent management team we reported the dirt on the terrace to the manager because we had already been waiting for more than 40 minutes for only 4big macs and obviously my comments on your terrace were not met. not taken into account by your employee who proclaims himself manager... Frankly, this team is a disaster. NOT RECOMMENDED.

04/05/2024: Passing yesterday around 5:30 p.m., we decide to get off the highway to go to the drive. We waited over 3 minutes before being picked up (even though we were the only car in line). When paying for the order, the operator deigned to say hello despite looking exasperated. On the other hand, his colleague at the next counter who returned the bag to us was as friendly as the concrete curb that serves as a speed bump in the parking lot. It's not very pleasant to take a wind twice for "hello" and "thank you, good luck", especially when the bag has a hole at the bottom...
In addition, for cooking, this is what you usually find at McDonald’s.

13/05/2024: I have been to the McDo in Tournus twice now, and I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the taste of the products, but also by the welcome given to the customers. I congratulate all the staff, having worked for 17 years in the same company. This restaurant is very well run well done
05/05/2024: Unacceptable wait of more than 40 minutes at the drive-thru for 1 tea and 1 coffee ordered only to be served, in the end, 2 coffees without apologizing. If you want to be poorly served and poorly welcomed, stop at Mac Do Tournus. Now I know why we hate McDonald's. Courage to all those who dare to stop there...
