20/05/2024: Great discovery! Warm environment. Fast service. Quality homemade food right down to the mayonnaise…homemade fries, hearty dishes. Very good omelette as well as the burger.

01/03/2024: I ordered via Deliveroo and was beyond disappointed. The order arrived cold. I ordered potatoes and received cold, spilled fries in the carrier bag. There must have been raclette in the burger, it was nowhere to be found... This is unacceptable! I gave one star because you can't put less.

28/03/2024: Disappointing! The breakfast was average, and expensive for the quality of food. This was the first restaurant in our 5 day Chamonix trip to ask for a tip on payment, very presumptuous even more so considering we hadn’t received our food yet! The place is very small and crapped. I can only describe the experience as sitting in someone’s living room who’s hungover after a night out. Some guys came in, obviously familiar to the staff talking very loudly of their drunken antics the night before. It was odd that the staff joined them in their chats, swearing loudly. They then proceeded to wedge the door open, not only making the tiny room freezing from the cold but also allowed stray dogs in to pester us for our food. The pinnacle of this disastrous dining experience was the chef then going outside, ignoring the orders that had just been placed and stood smoking in front of the whole cafe. It was enough to totally put me off my food. Between that and the dogs, this place clearly has no hygiene standards. In a nutshell, an expensive, chaotic and unhygienic cafe, I would totally avoid whilst in Chamonix.

17/03/2024: Had breakfast there with my family lured by vegan options and early start but very dissatisfied and wouldn’t recommend. This place is very small and kitchen is just behind the corner, so when breakfast was prepared all the smoke was just in front of us so I had to step outside just to get some fresh chilly air, it was early Feb. Food was just terrible and overpriced- too much oil, bacon over fried, sausages - uneatable. I didn’t know it’s possible to mess up such a simple dish but really impressed by the extent. And we got our dishes after 40 minutes of order which ruined the whole plan of eating early and started skiing. Also we got our dishes after the company who ordered pretty much the same as we did but after us. Seating places are ok, but very close to each other and to the walls. Atmosphere was pretty special - mostly personnel from ski lifts and similar, nice guys but not really family friendly. So wouldn’t recommend neither for breakfast, nor for lunch, unless you need a quick coffee

19/05/2024: Great place, great service. Turned up 30mins before closing and they were able to fit us in. Burgers were lovely, cooked to perfection (medium). Good value!

20/03/2024: Good morning, Completely soggy pizza (see pfotos), But hey no worries, apparently it’s our fault because “you have to eat them right away”. We add to that an order error (it can happen, no problem), but no excuse and we are accused of lying. 2 stars anyway for the service because they agreed to make the pizza again for us, this time adding even more water. PS: If you're looking for something to quench your thirst for the modest sum of €17, I advise you to pick up a queen off-piste. (Certainly the quality of mushrooms which must release a lot of water?) 07/05/2024: Nods to the cinema and the food is very good. A delight . The servers are very professional. Come in large numbers, especially if you go to the cinema after or before.

05/05/2024: Very bad experience last night even though it's not the first time we've eaten here and to date we've had nothing to complain about despite the large crowds that this establishment is used to dealing with...but it's been a long time since we came back. We won't be back. Too long wait between courses...and when we allow ourselves to mention it we are dealing with bad faith and aggressiveness...even not a semblance of apology...what's more, once I received my dish, it was not good (dry chicken but the krispy was not at all krispy...strange) and the ratatouille was cold. ..I ate almost nothing of the dish. Given the reception to our comments, we paid and left. We could have thrown away our money...it would have been equivalent. It's very sad because for fast food, I really liked this restaurant. Serious reduction in quality. In addition, there is no point when paying the bill to ask if everything went well, if you are only open to receiving praise and that the We don't accept comments. Too bad.

11/05/2024: Good place. I only had 10 minutes since I was waiting for the bus. I spoke to the employee and they made me a delicious Burger in just 5 minutes. I recommend!

03/05/2024: very good fast food, not disappointed by the quality of the burgers. A top team, and fast service. I highly recommend. Unmissable fast food in Annecy le Vieux.

20/03/2024: When we arrive, we can hear the boss (I imagine?) giving his uninformed opinion on the news. PMU bar corner atmosphere guaranteed... While waiting for the bagel to be prepared, we have the chance to have a little reading! I'll let you enjoy the photo. I'm not sure that this mysogynistic "joke" has its place in a place welcoming the public, right at the entrance, at eye level with children.
