21/04/2024: Cuisine insipide, les nans sont apportés trop tôt ce qui ne permet pas de les garder chauds jusqu'à la fin des plats. Tarifs des boissons trop élevés en comparaison du reste. La note récompense l'accueil des serveurs.

19/05/2024: Nous y sommes allés au feeling. Très bon accueil du patron sympathique et de notre serveuse. Peu de choix mais c’est toujours bon signe. On s’est régalé et un vin délicieux. On recommande vivement.

02/05/2024: It’s good but it’s long, very long…. We ordered 5 pizzas last night which were delivered to us almost 3 hours after the order. I can understand that there are a lot of orders on a match night, but it would be good to inform customers of this and not only tell them there will be a 1 hour wait. On the other hand, the pizzas were hot and good.

But what disappointed us the most was that we asked our daughter who plays the piano at a high level if she could play a piece as there was a piano in the room and we were refused. We are used to doing this in every restaurant where there is a piano but this one refuses. Not nice at all.

23/03/2024: Without being haute cuisine, the dishes are good and plentiful. The staff was attentive, despite the large crowds that day (be careful, when it's "shot" there is naturally a little waiting time, that's normal). Pleasant place by the sea. The quality/price ratio is therefore moderate compared to the location (seaside).

02/05/2024: Very disappointed since the change of owner tasteless cuisine mediocre packaging disappointing value for money and unwelcoming or even unpleasant staff Too bad because since it opened more than 20 years ago I swear by this restaurant!!

07/02/2024: 1st experience and the last, I ask for a portion for 1 person, the gentleman "stuffed" the tray and does not stop when I say that it is enough. Spicy beef without spiciness, tasteless Peking duck, result for 2 people 46 euros with pale and flavorless spring rolls. 2 days to finish these large quantities of poor quality. Disappointed given the very positive comments read.

03/04/2024: I recently discovered La Tortola on the Promenade des Flots Bleus in St Laurent du Var and I must say it was a delicious experience. The wide choice of dishes, ranging from burgers to more elaborate dishes, satisfied all the preferences of our group of friends. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for an evening with friends. In addition, the availability of children's menus was a real plus for us, ensuring that everyone found something to enjoy. We were impressed by the quality of the food and the attentive service. Without a doubt, I highly recommend La Tortola to anyone looking for an enjoyable dining experience in St Laurent du Var. I'm already planning to go back with my family to share this beautiful discovery with them.

29/03/2024: A HORROR ! Given the price and the quality of what was served, I regret not having opted for a sandwich. When ordering, I asked if it was a homemade or industrial cordon bleu. I was told “made by a craftsman”. Well not at all! Once served and tasted, it was really disgusting and low-end industrial food! Why not assume our question if they don't cook. It is shameful. I pointed it out. The person seemed surprised and supposedly would tell his “craftsman”. I would be curious to see the name of its wholesale supplier of industrial products. The rest of the plate came with fries and salad. The fries were extremely oily, soft, dark brown and fresh from I don't know how many cooking baths. SICKENING. Concerning the salad, it must have been the bottom of a packet, there were 3 leaves which were only used to color the plate. An experience that I will not be ready to repeat.

07/05/2024: Among all the places where I have been in Saint Laurent du Var, about twenty I would say that this is the worst of all, the menu is nothing special and the quality is really poor, the service is discreet, the environment if they kept the music lower I could talk even with those next to me, I had been there a few years ago but the management of the place has changed and there has been a notable drop in quality! a place to avoid if you don't want to ruin your evening!
