23/03/2024: Pas venus depuis plusieurs mois... Cuisine goûteuse et généreuse comme d' habitude. Bon choix dans les menus et la carte. Service agréable, réactif et assez rapide malgré un établissement complet. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour des produits de qualité (foie gras maison, souris d' agneau...). Un (petit) bémol : les grenouilles ont été servies un peu trop cuites mais le goût n' en fut pas altéré.
Nous reviendrons bien sûr.

03/04/2024: Owner of the Petit Casset hotel, in La Boisse, not far from Miribel, I had the opportunity to have lunch/dinner on multiple occasions and especially to send clients. Satisfaction is unanimous in terms of the quality of the food, the wines, and the service.
In summer, a beautiful, recently redone outdoor terrace is very pleasant.

Tout était excellent.
Du service aux mets délicieux.
Je le conseille depuis à tout le monde.
Menu excellent et que dire du foie gras maison, excellent.
Comme je l'ai dis à la serveuse, on en voudrait plus, c'est triste quand cela se termine.
L'ambiance générale est typique à la ville de perouges.
