Yam'Tcha sur Paris

Although I did love the food, the service was absolutely not up to the level expected of a Michelin star restaurant. There was an exceptionally cold woman who was very judgmental of every word I said, replying sarcastically right away. Is there any need to be rude to their customers? Also, when I clearly signed with my cutlery that I was still working on my meal, they took my dish away without asking. I did not enjoy my dinner because of the service level, and I think the only person who was genuinely pleasant was the chef. It’s sad that they must have forgotten that running a restaurant is not just about the food but also the entire experience, especially for Michelin-starred restaurants where we tend to have higher expectations. It did not live up to them.

Instead of eating, I drank milk tea. The soft, fragrant tea scent was quite nice. I think I can go drink milk tea. Steamed buns with cheese for a light meal and Hong Kong breakfast porridge were also good.

Loved the Asian French fusion here. Service was very efficient and friendly. We also loved the wine and tea pairing we had with the tasting menu.

Wonderful food, atmosphere, service and overall experience. The tea pairing was a major highlight other than the delicious food. If you're in Paris you should come here for one of the best culinary experiences you'll ever have.

The beef noodles are great and the homemade sauerkraut tastes very special~

An impressive combination of Western and Asian techniques and products. A great intention is the subtlety of flavors via citrus fruits (kombawa, Sichuan or Timut berries for example). Each dish is perfectly measured and presents several readings as the flavors are multiple and subtle. The food and tea accompaniment is exceptional: each tea bringing another level of reading to the dish. The teas are chosen with great care and are very different from each other: full-bodied, mineral, fruity, woody, herbaceous... Exceptional teas from the Middle Kingdom and served traditionally.q The most striking point in my opinion is in one of the last dishes, the sorrel one, which was magical. The setting is very calm and bright, without being too so. The service is quite fast and attentive. A must-try for any lover of great gastronomy!

Incroyable. Repas divin, service très agréable, ludique et amusant. C’est beau, c’est bon et c’est chaleureux. Du thé au met, du vin au met, tous les accords sont parfait. Des plus convenus aux plus surprenants. Je pense l un des meilleurs restaurant de paris
