Very nice place and excellent products, at a very reasonable price. The brioches are delicious and taste like yesteryear. We had an absolutely lovely newbie server.

For breakfast, lunch, and snacks, it’s a nice place. The cakes are magnificent and very good. You can reserve cakes for birthdays or special occasions. The staff seems pleasant.

The place to go in Aix!!! This establishment is a must, it is unmissable. Everything is excellent. I recommend the Castel!!! We come there, we come back, we introduce our friends and loved ones....

Bought 2 four inch quiches to go, leek and ham with eggplant + 4 mini pastries. The quiches particularly were outstanding. Perfectly balanced flavors. The ham ,eggplant and tomato paste was such a perfect combo that I savored the flavors for 20 minutes afterwards! Also 1st class friendly service. Merci Weibel

05/04/2024: Lunch for three without reservation: warm welcome, tasty and beautifully presented dishes (delicious fish). A very pleasant moment on the terrace..
01/04/2024: A restaurant discovered at random on Easter Monday. A warm welcome, top service, pleasant and available servers. The lamb shoulder is a treat. A decent quality-price ratio. I recommend.

06/02/2024: Nothing to complain about the quality of the food, however I have the impression that the portions are getting smaller. On the other hand, the quality of customer and sales relations needs to be reviewed. 3 weeks since I sent an email + reminders concerning a delivery problem and a request for a commercial gesture..... no response was given, not even a "no" or an apology, nothing at all.. ... However, it is your customers who make your turnover, we should not forget that.
21/12/2023: Exceptional. The plates are worthy of a gourmet restaurant. Only fresh products, divinely cooked. Never be afraid, the place is not great, but you will come back for the food. Prices: never seen such value for money. Brasserie fare for a gourmet restaurant. Well done to the chef and thank you for being there to make us feel good
