Villa 93 is definitely worth going there, the room, the service, and the cuisine are perfect. the cooking and the cleverly studied mixtures of flavors. Even the “oyster” taste on the second pre-dessert which is a bit surprising. A wink no doubt.
Excellent value for money for this young star.
Very large parking lot for those who are worried about it.

For the piece of beef served in the four-course menu we would have liked to have the choice of the quantity of sauce covering the beef, one of us would have preferred a lesser quantity

The welcome is perfect.
The menu is perfect with the wine pairings that are offered.
The staff is in a theatrical posture and full of sincerity, it feels good.
The sommelier is truly knowledgeable. I advise you to dig into the wine list on the Loire and Nantais sides, you will find wonders that go beyond the usual great appellations.
We'll go back there, that's for sure!

I hadn't come for a short professional meal lasting 1 hour and I found the service too fast and quite stressful (the starters arrived so we hadn't finished our aperitif). My comment was taken into account and the service was then completely pleasant and discreet.

Very good time of pleasure in a beautiful warm setting. Cuisine with pep, unique flavors. Just a regret with the caviar, too dominated by the smoky side of the rice, with the natural red of the evening where unpleasant notes emerge that we find in many uncontrolled natural wines

The place is very nice and with very good decoration. Yes, the neighborhood did not seem to us to be at the level of the restaurant, on a narrow street... but we also walked, if you go by car without a problem. Once there, the place is very beautiful and the service lived up to expectations, young and very nice people, I congratulate them. As for the food, the quantity was very good and the quality was quite good, there were some dishes that could be improved and very small in quantity, but other dishes were spectacular, such as the fish, the quality and flavor were incredible. Price-quality pretty good for being in Paris.

Delicious and creative cuisine in a cozy and tastefully decorated setting for a relatively acceptable bill (for a Michelin-starred restaurant in the Paris region of course).
Probably even more pleasant on the terrace in their green setting once the good weather returns!
