We are told that this ban is "old" and that it is marked everywhere in the restaurant, which is FALSE, otherwise we would not have done this. I've been going to Crescendo for 10 years and until RECENTLY it hasn't caused any problems. Maybe if we weren't lied to and we were treated with respect, I would have just been disappointed but given the context, you won't see me at your place again, neither for a meal, nor for a coffee. Furthermore, you talk about a cleanliness problem but when I sometimes see the state of cleanliness of your glasses and I'm not talking about the poorly cooked fries that we were served yesterday... I dare to hope that if my comment is answered , it will be with an honest answer and an apology for the way things went. Response to Crescendo's response: the house policy was not well understood because there was no policy, you could bring your dog, that's all we knew. Until now, you could take your dog on your lap or place it on the bench without having any comments from the staff. Then a new person arrived, they recognized themselves, and that’s when your policy changed. Moreover, this policy is not constant because even after the arrival of this news, we had only been brought into line once, then nothing more until this lunch. If you want to let the staff play boss, that's up to you, but you lose customers who were loyal.

02/04/2024: From the choice of starter, hot main course even grilled, unlimited vegetables and desserts I enjoyed myself I had a brownie. Everything was good, the meat tender. I highly recommend 👍
