Subway sur Cannes

Since the last time I ate at Subway, the quality has changed: the sandwiches no longer have as much flavor as they used to. The bread was almost burnt and not very tasty. Is it just this subway or the excuse of inflation and all that to justify this disappointing experience? And I speak on behalf of all the subways in France about the quality because the staff was friendly and the place was clean.
