Starbucks sur Paris

The staff is friendly and the place is comfortable. I only regret that the toilets are a little under construction and not quite tidy (but fortunately clean)

Finally we can order Cookie Vegan at Starbucks! It goes very well with vegan coffees, sold for a long time at Starbucks (with oat, soy or almond milk). This Starbucks has a pleasant little terrace in front of the bar. The person is very nice. Always on top.

Rather satisfied with this point of sale but on the other hand, the baristas never respect the request "less ice cubes". If I ask it's not to have a cup half filled with ice cubes. Should we repeat the remark to the person who prepares, and who, obviously, does not read the instructions? Unfortunately it's the same in almost all Starbucks and it's really disappointing.

The person at the checkout does not respond to hello even though I greet them twice. Besides, when I place the order she simply nods her head in agreement. Then, at the end, she summarized what I said. No polite words either before or after the order, no greetings... Being a shopkeeper means having certain rules of decorum to know. An automaton would have done the job better since on the screen hello thank you and goodbye are mentioned! On the other hand, the drinks preparer was helpful and knew the codes of politeness. The drinks and pastries were good but suffered from the unfriendliness of the saleswoman. It's a shame. A service profession is above all about allowing consumer customers to feel welcome!

We walked in to grab some souvenir mugs and they included a free drink with each. The cashier repeated the order back to my wife (oat milk NO whipped cream) yet the barista guy definitely added whipped cream and possibly dairy milk. I don’t know, we didn’t bother going back because the drinks were “free” as part of the purchase of the mugs. Just a heads up if you’re vegan or want dairy free stuff, keep an eye on them when they make it your stuff 🤷🏻‍♂️
