Snack Bar Les Clips sur Albi

On August 5, 2023, 3 of us went to this small brasserie for lunch. We were very well received and the waitress or owner... as well as the waiter were very friendly and very gracious. It's a brasserie so don't expect gastro!! In any case we ate very well, that's the main thing. When I read some reviews I can't help but think that the French are grumpy and intransigent even on vacation they are stressed and in a hurry, too bad

Let's be clear: it's a brewery. With the restoration of a brewery. Those expecting a gourmet restaurant...move on. The kitchen is OK for this type of establishment. We were well received despite a late arrival at 1:50 p.m. The service was really good, the location at the foot of the cathedral is very nice. Good value for money I recommend.
