Shiso Burger Beaubourg sur Paris

A discovery for me that came recently with my cousin who introduced me to this place. Truly excellent cuisine with fresh produce. It's incredibly good. It's just...crazy. Thank you really ✨️

In a modern and dynamic setting, Shiso Burger offers Korean-inspired burgers (so far so good). I was able to enjoy an Ebi Fry burger there. From the bread to the sauce to a generous fried shrimp "Patty", everything was delicious, the sweet potato fries were crispy and tasty without being dry. Special mention for the original and refreshing shizo lemonade. An experience worth it.

Fast and efficient service, pleasant staff

The restaurant gave me a rather uneven impression. the cocktails were good. The torikatsu is also very good. The ebi burger was appreciated by my partner. For my part, the Bulgogi burger was trying to do too many things at once. I made my partner taste it, and she had the same opinion. Even if it’s “the house’s bestseller,” it’s not the one I would recommend. The burgers are relatively small, and that's quite a compliment. Too many restaurants produce burgers that become seriously difficult to eat due to their thickness or diameter. This is not the case for Shiso. The burgers are filling without being stuffy, easy to hold, and served in a small paper cone which allows you to avoid putting them everywhere. As for side dishes, the sweet potato fries were good, but the spiral potatoes didn't have much flavor (a little paprika sprinkled on them, and the shape doesn't lend itself to holding that powder) and were not very crispy. It looks pretty in the photos, but that's it. The service was quite impersonal, but fast. We will undoubtedly return to try other dishes.
