One of the best Alsatian restaurants I have been to. You will be received in a warm setting, decorated with taste and originality; the dishes are copious and delicious and the service very pleasant. This unique place is worth trying if you like good food and unusual settings.

Very nice place and very warm welcome. This place is truly atypical with its decoration and its small museum. The owner and staff are very friendly. The cuisine is excellent and very subtle, a treat for a very reasonable price. To recommend and to see absolutely. A big thank you for everything 🤗

Great time with family at S'Batsberger Stuewel. Very nice restaurant as it has been for years, don't change anything! Small children's menu for my daughter. Beautiful plates generously served. Delicious meal, we had a blast! Top service 🤗 Thank you for this party !

26/03/2024: Very good hotel, we have been coming once a year since 2009.. A warm welcome from the owner, lovely rooms, clean, spacious and very well equipped. We were also able to share a very good breakfast, varied and plentiful. In summary, a very pleasant little hotel, which we highly recommend.
