Saumon et Cie sur Lyon

I was a frequent customer because their formula is affordable. However, my last experiences have been unsatisfactory due to the poor cooking of the fish (the last time 3/4 of it was completely raw... Literally inedible...). I regret the lack of renewal on the accompaniments, we go around very quickly, little taste, few healthy options/hot vegetables. The staff is efficient, very cheerful, friendly and kind.

Very good, plentiful, inexpensive: all-you-can-eat buffet, unlimited salmon and vegetables and dessert for €12... I'll come back!

A small canteen where the side dishes are unlimited and a choice between delicious raw or cooked fish! All this at a very affordable price, drinks and desserts defying all competition, in a warm and friendly setting. Possibility of taking away. Very nice discovery!

At €4 (if you don't get the salmon) it's worth the detour if you're working nearby for your lunch break. At such a low price you eat well and balanced (at will). The only downside is that the dishes cool very quickly since it's at the entrance and it fills up very quickly at lunchtime. I recommend !

A good time, the concept is really interesting and really inexpensive! Super nice boss. For €5 you can eat a balanced meal and for €10 you can treat yourself to a piece of salmon... for those who are not put off by the canteen-self concept.

Great, friendly staff. The concept is great. The salmon is delicious as are the side dishes. I can only recommend this place!

Heartwarming welcome. The dishes are good for the price. The only downside is the organization, there are a lot of people at lunch (takeaway box and meals on site) and the small buffet is quickly inaccessible. This one is installed at the entrance so with the draft the dishes are not hot. With people passing by, the buffet is damaged (lids misused, serving spoons touched by too many people, which I fear....). It would have needed another organization. Damage
