Great experience for this cuisine which offers different journeys. We focused on Asian flavors and we were delighted. Good products, well cooked and with perfect flavors! Solo or duo dishes to share for better taste.
The setting is nice and the team is super pleasant. I highly recommend this original table, but don’t forget to book during busy periods.

The menu is appetizing and the dishes are good but not extraordinary either, lacking in flavors.
The waiters are not very pleasant and clear the tables much too quickly, we still had our mouths full that the plate was already gone.
You have to pay for filtered water and they bring you a new bottle without having finished the previous one, I don't understand the concept of paying for tap water.
Restaurant on the side in my humble opinion.

I initially discovered this address for the pastries section.
It was already a great discovery. Pastries set the taste buds in turmoil, pure pleasure.
And there, discovery of the restaurant that I highly recommend!

What a surprise! I'm not attracted to Japanese-influenced restaurants, but following numerous recommendations, I went to Saquana. A feast for the eyes and the palate, it is really very qualitative and quantitative. The service is very attentive. Simply and passionately. Congratulations to the whole team and the chef!

Hyper raffiné pour un prix modique. Le talent d’un étoilé au service du plus grand nombre. Un excellent vin de Loire à 27 euros !
De la créativité, de l’attention, bon accueil, pain excellent.
Les desserts, quoique bons, sont un peu en dessous de la qualité des plats.

Le pain Saquana seigle et froment est bon
Le menu déjeuner à 28€ : entrée plat dessert
Le verre de vin rouge du moment à 6€ ok mais le verre de vin blanc à 9€ ne les vaut pas !
La bouteille d’eau filtrée pour 2 convives 3,60€
2 cafés : 7€ donc tout ce que vous prenez en plus est trop cher
81,60€ pour deux
En entrée soit un velouté de champignons soit une terrine de poulet : pas mal
En plat soit un bol de riz à l’asiatique avec quelques morceaux de crevette rose navet japonais … soit des coquillettes ( bcp trop cuites ) au beurre plus dés de jambon et champignons : vraiment très moyens
En dessert la tarte au citron meringuée très bonne mais le financier à la framboise trop sec !
En résumé c’est surfait à notre goût
