Salad'in café sur Beauvais

31/03/2024: The customer experience is quite random, depending on the servers of the day and the world. In terms of cooking, I have the impression that the quantity on the plate directly depends on the world. As proof, I have the portions allocated for the hamburger, and the salad leaf, the size of which is unlikely to suffocate a squirrel. On the service side, it’s a surprise. Either the service is friendly, fast, friendly and excellent, or it is "completely out of place" with a waiter who does not understand the orders, spills the drinks, makes a mistake in the service. In terms of atmosphere, it's rather nice, although too noisy for my taste. It wouldn't take much to improve all this: serve dishes of good proportion and choose the waiters.

31/03/2024: Noisy atmosphere, average service because of a lot of waiting....not great waiter because not cool.....in short a little disappointed 😞
