Thank you for your excellent salmon pasta! The best of my life, just incredible cook, who you can see through the window, puts a lot of desire into it and cooks with a smile. A real chef!

24/04/2024: A hotel that doesn’t look like much from the outside in a small alley in the city center of Colmar I would like to thank you Malika, Audrey and a young man sorry I don't remember the first name for their kindness, professionalism, know-how which gives the impression of being in a family hotel where life is good. Breakfast with an abundant hot and cold choice I fell for the Mirabelle plum tart, a truly delicious AOC Label Rouge butter and the bread is simply a delight, even the orange juice is hand-squeezed! You can relax downstairs with a swimming pool heated to 29 degrees and its sauna (bathrobe provided). All these qualities come together to recommend it, personally I prefer this 4* compared to some 5*
