Small, excellent and refined meat restaurant. We were there alone this weekend at noon while the Ile-de-France residents have not yet returned from the mega May Bridge, hence the weak atmosphere. But the chef is very nice.

The dishes there are excellent. But the manager is not very clear in his explanations. I ask him if it's possible just for dessert, he says yes and then serves me a starter anyway. Be careful with the bill, it will be salty.

A morning gastronomy of Rising Sun.
Remarkable lunch with (among other things) beef that only the chef and owner knows how to prepare and serve with tact for our taste buds.
Price a little high but fully justified given the quality of the food.
Recommended for all gourmets.

Still as good but... prices have practically doubled in one year. 130 euros a rib of beef for 2 (vs 75 previously). Menus now have extras all over the place. What justifies this? Definitely not fancy portion sizes. It’s a shame to come to this for a neighborhood restaurant, which is not listed in the Michelin guide. I don't think we'll go back there again.

Vertus, the small restaurant of Chef Mitsuru Yanase, who advocates a certain ethic of life in the service of well-being, has no shortage of them!
The setting is intimate, almost ascetic, but you feel good there. The tables are spacious enough and the chairs comfortable. Pretty Perceval knives promise efficient cutting of meat, because that’s what we’re here for ;)
Mitsuru Yanase has dedicated his cuisine to the excellent preparation of subtle, rare or mature meats (or even all three at the same time); It's beautiful, perfectly executed, the cooking is remarkable and we simply enjoy it.
Justified prices and a beautiful, finely selected wine list.
This very zen, virtuous restaurant is absolutely worth a visit and we will do it again!
