We were nine days in Bordeaux and of all the lovely restaurants and of all the lovely food this was the best. That this hasn't yet got a Michelin star and others we visited have says more about Michelin and it's overblown reputation. My only negative is to advise you to have a bottle of wine with the meal because it's the skimpiest of measures if you have it by the glass.

It's been a long time since we ate so well!! From the amuse bouche to the dessert, sometimes sweet, sometimes with pep, the taste of flavors, the research, we feel the pleasure, the desire to please, the work, what work! The staff is very pleasant and professional, we must also mention that. The very pretty place, research in the furniture, the dishes, even the playlist! And the chef, who has nothing to envy of a Michelin star and who in addition to being friendly, appreciates that we appreciate it! Much humility! Really good time, we will come back.

A true taste experience. A very affordable lunch menu to discover this restaurant. Each bite reveals particular flavors. I'm not a sweet tooth but the surprise dessert was divine in its finesse. I would have liked to find organic wines on the menu. Unique decor. A very good moment.

Chef Sylvain Renzetti is crazy, but he's one of those crazy people you don't want to see locked up, or perhaps in his own kitchen or that of the restaurant where he masterfully officiates on rue Paul Louis Lande in Bordeaux! He has never ceased to amaze you, because he is a mad scientist, an enchanting merlin of your taste buds who has only one pleasure: that of taking you far away through the senses on a gustatory journey which you will enjoy. will remember for the rest of your life... We came for lunch as a couple, on the recommendation of a relative who was satisfied with her experience at Son. And we can only thank her. A very picturesque setting, a room of a decent size and nicely decorated. Very calm around 1 p.m. for our part, a stroke of luck. Pleasant staff, who were able to systematically explain to us what was on our plate in a gentle manner. As for the plates, we were positively surprised! A beautiful layout and combinations of unexpected elements. We loved it. The trompe l’oeil dessert was just as surprising. And for the lunch menu, we paid a more than reasonable price. We are happy to register this address, and we will most likely return on a future occasion. THANKS !
