A very good restaurant with fresh, home-cooked products and a great find in a place where there are many tourist traps. We are here in authentic with refined cuisine, you should know that we saw many tables leaving that evening and each table warmly thanked the chef for his cuisine...unanimously...👏 It’s so rare that I want to highlight it because we too thank the chef for his cuisine🧑‍🍳

Was indeed created in 1930 by the baker MIVIELLE - The sand road ended there. There was, just on the other side, at the corner of the street, a wash house supplied with running spring water (artesian) and in the corner of the restaurant, the "rockery", still present, but now dry, was flowing still abundantly, like others going back to Bordeaux in 1956 when we bought a house 100 meters away.

we started as starters with good cod acras but unfortunately too salty and an excellent citrus mullet tartare, for the main course we had 2 crie du jour (roasted monkfish and Spanish hake) cooking the fish was PERFECT, well done! We finished the meal with a cup of coffee ice cream and a floating praline island, unfortunately the cream was too liquid and it lacked some crunch. The freshness of the fish was top notch, as was the impeccable cooking of the fish, a very good restaurant ! Thank you also for your welcome and the management of the service, which is not easy with fewer staff!

Superb discovery! There were two of us for lunch and we had a blast! The staff is very pleasant, smiling and the atmosphere was really good by the fireplace! Very good value for money, we will come back without hesitation!

02/04/2024: The location is ideal for relaxing and enjoying everything on foot! You park your car and forget about it… The hotel is very pleasant, it feels like a huge chalet! The staff is very warm and discreet, the rooms are very clean, nothing to say, and the breakfast is excellent! Our room had a view of the pond; but not overlooked, thanks to a small marquee right in front of the window, for some it can be disturbing, for me it was more intimate! (Room No. 7) … But other rooms will give you the full view on the pool, fear nothing! I had the opportunity to visit others, and they make me want to come back! For my part, I would come back to this hotel without hesitation! Sand side, don’t change anything!
29/03/2024: Very pleasant hotel, the staff takes great care. The rooms are tastefully decorated. Very good breakfast. The jacuzzi and hammam are a plus. We also enjoyed a treatment at the Spa. The masseuse was very gentle and we left completely relaxed. SMALL BADGE though the work under our window which wakes us up at 7:40 every morning which prevents us from using the terrace. We would have preferred to be warned!
