Magnificent establishment! The rooms are superb, tastefully renovated, with magnificent views.
Both restaurants are of very high quality.
The staff is very pleasant, attentive and friendly.
The breakfast is generous and varied.
The swimming pool and spa are also perfect.
It is the ideal place for a stay in Alsace, and a stone's throw from the Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg!

The hotel is nice. We have come several times, unfortunately this time suite 303 is really too bright to allow us to sleep well, right down to the towel dryer which lights up the bathroom and the morning light which illuminates the bedroom as soon as the sun rises, the curtains are not blackout enough
€240 per suite for little sleep, that’s expensive

Beautiful hotel, modern rooms decorated with taste. The spa area is ok, the jacuzzi could be a little warmer. The only downside is that the breakfast for a 4 star could be more elaborate, it lacked a lot of products compared to other hotels that I have already had, among others: bacon, fried eggs, choice of drinks, etc.

Have a good all-inclusive weekend. Clean room and bathroom. Quiet hotel. Very good table in the evening and at breakfast. Pool and jacuzzi a little cold.

The junior duplex Suite is really very pleasant and practical with 2 children! The setting and decoration of the hotel is luxurious! The meals in the kitchen are excellent 👌🏼 the only downside is that the nuggets on the children's menu are frozen, it would have been cool to have homemade ones.

Hotel sumptuous waiters and waitresses attentive to the customer, very good meals.
The only downside is that they sell it as a spa hotel while the sauna and hammam have very short opening hours.
