The setting is very nice, as are the staff. The meats are delicious and the accompaniments (homemade fries, salad) very good. Without forgetting the wines offered :) To visit and revisit given the number of cuts of meat to discover and taste!

Great. As per usual. Everyone is charming, the meat delicious and the wines heady. Here's a suggestion from a regular: a sauce of the month!

A friendly welcome. The products are extremely well sourced with diverse offerings, whether in terms of cold meats as a starter or in the choice of dishes. The meat is of excellent quality, matured. The accompaniments are unlimited, but get a place in their own right, in the marriage with the dishes offered. The selection of wines magnifies everything. For any meat lover (big or small), this is a must do!

Mixed experience, the meat was good but not excellent. The price of the meal for two was €115 in the evening with a piece of meat each, a glass of wine and a dessert. The waiter directed us directly to the two most expensive meats on the menu, i.e. €40 per plate per person. The value for money is clearly not there. The meat ordered blue arrived completely cold and the accompaniments in small bowls where we had to help ourselves. In addition, the table service frankly leaves something to be desired, worthy of a canteen, as does the decoration of the room. The toilets were also filthy. In short, I clearly wouldn't come back. Please note that the dessert was excellent. But everything is not up to the price, and the concept of choosing your meat in a butcher shop is ultimately not applied or offered to customers. To eat meat in Paris, you might as well go to French brasseries that are well known to the public, at least you know what to expect.

Very good meat restaurant! €173 for: Two bone-in-bone starters, 1 bottle of wine, 1 portion of chuck (approx. 200g) and a rib of beef weighing 1.1kg. Be careful to differentiate between butcher prices and restaurant prices.

A place like few others in Paris. A unique place, with a team in tune with its proposal. A butcher's shop, and behind it a neighborhood restaurant. From the block to the plate for those who appreciate quality meat you will be served :). We appreciated the quality of the meats, the choice of wines and finally the no-fuss, direct and friendly service. A great idea, presented to you with generosity. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
