21/03/2024: A hymn to the Great Court My family and I had a great evening recently at the Grand Court. Everything was perfect there! The Great Court is what I call “a good house”. It has risen to a level of quality and comfort that corresponds quite closely to what demanding customers can seek and appreciate. An address in the Pays d’Auge which is – without a doubt and without any restriction – a model of its kind. The welcome there is remarkable. Warm, smiling, simple, without fuss or emphasis. Its unique countryside setting - neat and refined - is very pleasant. The comfort of the dining room has recently been improved by very attractive new furniture. The armchairs in particular are very comfortable. The staff, professional, attentive and attentive, clearly lives up to the ambitions of the house. The cuisine, for its part, only has good surprises in store, faithfully respecting traditional Norman cuisine and the customers' strong taste for seafood. The owners of the place are charming and perfect in carrying out their activity. All these qualities combined and all these combined efforts make this rural place a place far above the vast majority of restaurants in Honfleur. Very numerous, but unfortunately, very often overrated and very often disappointing! A well-deserved hymn to this Great Court that I have known for a long time and to whom I wish long life and constancy! Ninon Marie
