Very nice hotel, comfortable and well located. Very careful service. We appreciated the possibility of privatizing the wellness area for one hour. A special thank you to Giulia who took very good care of us for breakfast.

Superb restaurant Came for a company Christmas meal Interesting menu - really nice starter, main course and desert! Very beautiful presentation and very good for the taste buds. Service really up to par, from the welcome to the facilities to the distinguished and very professional service Worthy represent the brand image of the French hotel industry. We had a wonderful stay with friends and family. Thank you for the fine cuisine, the attentive service and the beautiful decoration. You can see that there is a lot of love behind it. We'll definitely be back!

Hôtel calme, dans une rue pittoresque d’Ottrot. La Chambre Romantique (3 couchages) est spacieuse pour 2, avec wc séparé de la salle de bain. Le restaurant est chaleureux, le service impeccable et les mets savoureux. Parking sécurisé et facile d’accès. L’ensemble du personnel est professionnel. Nos 4 nuits n’ont eu aucun défaut.

04/05/2024: A pure moment of relaxation at the spa, a spacious and impeccable room, and the hotel restaurant offers us a quality menu with a delicious mix of flavors! Thank you to the staff for their professionalism and good humor, even among the youngest 👍 In short, go ahead, you won't be disappointed!
29/04/2024: This is the second time we have come. Very good stay, very warm welcome. We do not know the first names of everyone who welcomed us and served us with professionalism but a special mention for Maxime and Adam, Amélie, Aurélie, Who were very invested in their ways of satisfying the customer, smiling, friendly, and attentive. As well as the cleaning ladies where we asked for a quick sweep of the room and who did it from top to bottom in record time. A quality place that takes us out of everyday life. I recommend!

Le Clos des Delices

02/04/2024: Good address, peaceful place surrounded by nature. I only visited the spa and the gourmet restaurant. SPA: It's not the best I've done, it's quite small but still very cocooning and intimate. It is very well maintained, clean equipment overall I recommend. RESTAURANT: 10/10 we went there for the Easter meal, affordable price given the quality of the service and the dishes. Very tasty, I won't hesitate to come back. Well done
01/04/2024: We had received a gift voucher including one night with a meal and access to the spa. The restaurant convinced us apart from the lack of choice and the fact that any modification had to be paid for. The spa and sauna are very good, however the swimming pool is aging (cracked pool edges, faded paint, deckchairs stuck together), however the water jets are very pleasant. Our biggest disappointment was the room located on the side of the road and in particular the bathroom full of limestone, the rusty shower jets. The room itself was dusty and the furniture was worn (chips everywhere) In conclusion: Mixed opinion for the price…
