Très bon restaurant. Nous y sommes allez en famille. Ambiance chaleureuse, cuisine excellente. Un grand merci pour la serveuse qui est venue jusqu’à nous sur le parking pour donner des bonbons à nos filles. C’est une grande première et un professionnalisme juste youah! Un grand merci.

Auberge du Schantzwasen

26/04/2024: Typical inn of our mountains with a menu of very succulent Alsatian dishes and above all with local products. We chose as a starter: Marbled elk and duck foie gras - Marmalade with blueberries and Duck foie gras flavored with Gewurtzraminer - Toasted Kougelhopf. Then for the dishes: Marcaire Plate: Roïgabrageldi*, smoked collar - Green salad and Cordon Rouge from Schantzwasen (Beef sirloin, Parma ham, Barikass). We enjoyed the good value for money. Then, we visited the reindeer farm since we had a beautiful sunny day with 20°. It was a great discovery! We highly recommend this farm inn.
23/04/2024: We had lunch here on Easter Sunday, to be sure of finding a place we booked by email. The place is well looked after and the staff is professional and friendly, a child-friendly place. Every dish was succulent. The children had ham and chips, we adults took the platter, the Fleischschnaka and the Spaetzle, to finish with two homemade desserts. Prices are above average, but worth every euro spent. After lunch we visited the reindeer farm where the children had a lot of fun.
