Restaurant du Cours sur Sartene

19/03/2024: My opinion does not concern the restaurant which I find impeccable in every respect on a human level, the cuisine remains a matter of taste, for me it suits me perhaps it is subjective since the owner and her mother are friends to me you say! On the other hand, my comment is addressed to the person who makes a strange and altogether doubtful statement towards the city's merchants who must be supported, like all the others! Doubtful, because it seems that the people who make this judgment know the aesthetic details of the boss, her “stupid fools” and the fascination she has for ancient Egypt! This is a great shame, because when we provide an opinion, even if it is critical, it is good practice for it to be productive and positive in order to move towards improvement and not to want to sabotage the work of others. Another trader in solidarity with all traders without exception, who does not hide her name!

13/10/2023: I recommend 100%, excellent cuisine, the boss is very smiling and friendly, a great time to spend after 10 days in Southern Corsica, best restaurant with local and delicious recipes.
