Magnificent 19th century hotel with a huge main room decorated with woodwork, a small bar room, small lounges on the floors serving the rooms. Exceptional location nestled in the heart of a crossroads of valleys, overlooked by a superb ruined castle, between the convolutions of an old canal... Excellent traditional cuisine, I recommend the slow-cooked veal chop. Finally, an exceptional host who takes great care of his customers.
The hotel is representative of the Vosges, it is part of the trip if you have decided to visit the region.
