What can we say about this little corner of Alsace nestled in the heart of the town of Bischwiller! It is simply a gastronomic experience for everyone who wants to taste the delicious dishes of traditional Alsatian gastronomy. As soon as you enter, you are transported into a warm and authentic atmosphere, with its exposed stone walls, wooden beams and period furniture. The typical spirit of the region is perfectly transcribed there, offering a guaranteed change of scenery, especially with the geese and rabbits outside of course. I can only recommend the Tarte Flambée with beef bacon for me, a local specialty. The service is also up to par, with attentive staff who know how to perfectly advise customers on traditional dishes. A true taste and cultural journey not to be missed! I give it 5 stars without hesitation. Thank you Esko and Greg for this great address with a great team. See you soon.
