Hot drinks service always very slow despite a large number of cashiers and 2 machines. The other Prêt rue Tronchet sends faster with fewer resources!

I am a huge fan of this franchise. The products are always fresh and they seem very healthy when you compare them to other fast food chains. It is a great place for a meal, a quick snack, whatever you want. I truly recommend it, and the staff is always very nice!

I was greeted by an adorable cashier who provided me and my family with exceptional service, she was able to advise me on products and all that with a smile! The quality of service is impeccable!

28/03/2024: Excellent products, great quality, nice old shop in the hearth of the neighbourhood.
24/03/2024: The pastries are still the best in Paris but, oh miracle!, the service has transformed and is now much more pleasant. Nothing will stop us from coming back even more often!

31/03/2024: Ideal terrace to see a superb sunset. You can also come and hang out with friends to play cards. Friendly servers! I will come back 🤗
04/03/2024: Very well received, very good service by very friendly people. Good brunch, with the classics and efficient. For €25/person it’s quite plentiful and varied. Nice place (outside and inside) and quiet.
