ATTENTION the MAPS location is incorrect! Look for the entrance to a small shopping arcade and it's at the bottom!. Wood-fired pizzas. Original proposals (franc comtoise pizza) Thin pizza dough without curbs. It's good, nothing more.

The pasta was good, the pizza average and the Milanese escalope totally failed. Too bad because the service is nice.

To find it, you have to be persistent, but it's worth the detour. It's been a while since I've had a pizza with such good dough but don't worry, the toppings are good too. Quality report taken in favor of the customer.

13/02/2024: In brienne-le-chateau, France... Hotel restaurant...... we have been there twice on the way......the truth is it's good... everything is very clean as it should be...... .... At the entrance there is a small bar counter... which is very good for having a drink 🍹 or ... an aperitif and as for the attention, the man at the bar is very friendly...... ....I recommend it...Danke schoen....................
