Very good experience. The chef is experienced and qualified with perfect mastery of dough. The Pizza is I would say French but with a Roman tendency, that is to say a rather thin dough with a tendency to crispy and not too thick. This is not Neapolitan pizza with a huge edge. It’s not the luxurious pizza that’s showing off either. It’s the pizza, and the chef, who is a distinguished and humble personality, simply makes us want to come back.
